I'm stepping up my fitness game in preparation for my scheduled summer fabulosity, and I decided to start a squat challenge earlier this month. I see them all the time on instagram, but they all seem to be using a regular squat (and when I tried doing that kind of squat challenge before the results weren't all that great) so I had been trying to find something with a little more variety. Earlier this month I came across this 30 Day squat challenge on an old PopSugar post, and decided to give it a try because it involves 5 different kinds of squats that'll target the derriere in different ways (Culminating with 200 squats on the 30th day). I'm on Day 19, and it's not so bad once you get into the swing of it (and remember to use proper form! You don't wanna cause an injury). I just thought I'd share it in case somebody out there wants to give it a try. Happy Squatting!
