Healthy Recipes

Ciao Bellas,
It's time for me to fess up, I've been holding out on y'all. When it comes to healthy recipes that is haha. In my quest to shape up, I've gradually been trying to introduce myself to healthier eating habits, and I've also signed up for this year's Body By Glamour Plan (By Glamour Magazine. It started last week, and I must say I've been sticking to it pretty well. I don't really see it as a diet, but a guideline eating wise, and I needed some new workouts anyways). I've compiled a list of some of my favorite healthy (or better for you anyways) recipes for y'all, some of them take quite a bit of work, but it's worth it in the end because they're muy bueno. Enjoy!

  1. Chocolate Banana Tarts (Probably one of my favorite dessert recipes)
  2. Low Fat Cinnamon Apple Crepes (SO yummy! Especially if you swap it out for Ham and Cheese filling instead. I always use Parmesan, but then again, that's my favorite cheese)
  3. Buffalo Chicken (Goes rather nicely with Parmesan Rolls, and some veggies).
  4. Parmesan Encrusted Tilapia with Lemony Green Beans (LOVE THIS. You could also just drizzle a lil bit of lemon juice on the Tilapia when it's done to get the same effect)
  5. Butternut Squash Fries (I seasoned mine with salt, garlic powder, and ground black pepper. They taste so good! kind of like...really sweet french fries. Good with or without the ketchup...I prefer the latter option though. I'm going to try the fish recipe included eventually)
  6. Chicken Parmigiana with Pasta (Very good, but I don't always feel like making sauce from scratch. Last time I substituted with Prego sauce, and it was still very good)
  7. Cherry Almond Chocolate Clusters (Quick, easy, and yummy!)
