Review: VS Pink Natural Beauty Energizing Sugar Scrub

Ciao Bellas,
I was just browsing online over at Victoria's Secret, and I realized that I totally forgot to review the Energizing Sugar Scrub from their Pink Natural Beauty line (not to imply that it isn't a fabulous product). I should probably back up a bit before I jump into my review though, and explain a bit about the line itself. Victoria's Secret Pink has released a body care line, which pretty much breaks down into 4 sections: Energizing, Soothing, Essentials, and Nourishing. Collectively they offer body washes, lotions, a "everything refresher spray", hand sanitizer, hand cream, body scrub, lip butter, and shave cream. All within a range of $8-15, and some products are 2 / $20. According to the labels, all the products are made from 100% natural, organic, U.S source vegan ingredients, free of mineral oil, parabens, and sulfates. No animal testing either. All of that sounds good, but the real question is how well do the products work? So far I've only tried the sugar scrub (and this was about a month ago or so..), and it worked pretty well. The scrub itself is finer than the previous scrub VS offered in the Secret Garden line, and it has a minty, sliiighty citrus smell...but it's nice. You won't be running around smelling like Colgate or something, it's more spa-tastic (yes, that is now officially a word). I'd say that the product does it's job pretty well, as I felt clean and soft after using it without using quite as much product as I did with the Ile de Tahiti venture (I think that it'd be better suited for someone with drier skin, as it's more of a moisturizing scrub...well, in my opinion anyway) to achieve that. It's also way more wallet friendly (at $10 a pop). It's still hasn't replaced my 'ol faithful, but it's pretty doggone close.

Btw, word to the wise: Online at VS their having a 7/$25 sale on panties, until tomorrow.

Stylishly Yours,
Ms. Fab
