Word on the street is...

According to The Fashion Bomb, House of Style is making a comeback on MTV (rumor has it that Chanel Iman might be the new host), and Matthew Williamson is designing a line for H&M.

Specktra posted a Q&A with Gordon Espinet (Vice President Global Makeup Artistry, M A C Worldwide) on MAC's new Studio Sculpt foundation (which be released with their Well Defined Collection on the 5th), and they have preliminary info on MAC's upcoming Style Warrior collection (which is said to have animal print packaging, so y'all know that means I need it).

Beauty and the Blog has a list of the 4 spring beauty trends to try, I think I might give the softer smokey eye a whirl...but I can leave the rest (bold brows, lots of eye liner, and peach blush).

The Style and Beauty Doctor officially has a never ending hit parade going on. She talks about how we fashionista's should manage our finances, figuring out one's balance points (areas on one's body where a flattering neckline or necklace should fall), and she breaks down a Victoria's Secret Fashion Show look that's women of color friendly (which convinced me that I need to get MAC's Creme Color Base in Hush when I do some birthday hauling this week). I don't know where the girl finds the time, but I'm so glad that she does.

Scandalous Beauty directs our attention to a new fab beauty blog: WarrenBBeautiful. As soon as I finished checking out what he's posted so far, I subscribed. He's got some great tips, and I love the quote he has in his introductional post: True beauty is simply enhancing what God blessed you with, NOT reconstructing it.

Taylor Swift has collaborated with L.E.I to develop a line of $14 sundresses, which will be sold at Wal*Mart starting next month. - The Cut

Banana Republic is launching a green heritage for women line this spring, which according to ShinyStyle is described to be "eco-chic meets weekend-chic."

According to Celebuzz Leona Lewis will be launching a fragrance (...and a vegan clothing line?), and it'll probably be aimed at an organic audience. No word on when it'll be released, but if it smells anything like this girl sings, it should be amazing.

Who knew that one could shave their legs with baby oil? Tips like that keep me surfing Glam.com on a regular basis.

Kim Karadashian has a new business venture called "Shoedazzle." Apparently it's like some sort of "shoe of the month" club, where after one signs up and takes a survey (to get a feel for your style), every month their stylists pick out 5 pairs of shoes for you, and your can purchase one for $39 (with free shipping).

Who out there loves the Secret Garden body scrub from Victoria's Secret? My mom and I do, and when we went to VS Saturday night to buy some, we couldn't find it anywhere. We were informed by one of the sales associates that it's been discontinued...she wasn't sure if their reformulating it or what, but the fact of the matter is that it's no longer available. So now I must search once again for the perfect body scrub. I purchased Ile de Tahiti Hua'I Coconut Scrub from Bath and Body Works the other night, so stay tuned for a review on that.

And now you know.

Stylishly Yours,
Ms. Fab
